MELBOURNE, Fl., August 4, 2020 – Modus Operandi, a company that delivers innovative software that harnesses data to empower smarter decisions, has announced the promotion of Ms. Kim Ziehlke to the position of Director of Programs. In this role, Ms. Ziehlke will provide oversight on the standardized execution of the Modus Operandi Proven Process – the company's "5D MO for Customer Success" – to ensure program success across all customer programs. In addition to this new role, Ms. Ziehlke will continue to directly manage company operations in Huntsville, Alabama.
Ms. Ziehlke has served as Program Manager or Principal Engineer for several programs since joining Modus in June 2008, including programs in support of the Missile Defense Agency, the Office of Naval Research, and the Distributed Common Ground System – Army. Her success in these roles has enabled Modus to continue supporting the national defense priorities for these important customers. Prior to joining Modus, Ms. Ziehlke supported software engineering for data lifecycle management and missile testing for MITEM Corporation and COLSA Corporation, respectively, and was awarded "Employee of the Year" out of 1000+ employees at COLSA for her software engineering work that significantly increased missile testing efficiency. Ms. Ziehlke has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of North Alabama and is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Information Systems from the University of Phoenix.
