Modus Operandi Awarded $9.9 Million U.S. Army Contract for Software Technology and Services

Modus Operandi, a leading software and information integration technology company, has been awarded a $9.9 million contract by the U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) Software Engineering Center (SEC) for software systems and engineering services in support of SEC and its customers.

The Harmony contract was awarded under Phase III of the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) program to support research and development, commercialization, and transition of SBIR developed technologies. Under the three-year effort, Modus Operandi and its teammates will perform tasks to improve data and service discovery, integration, interoperability, correlation and fusion; and to improve organizational capabilities and processes to achieve efficient, cost-effective, high quality fielded products.
